Simple and effective, the software allows you to report incidents, conduct planned maintenance technical rounds, safety field visits, maintenance visits, Facility Management reports, troubleshooting forms for first-level maintenance, maintenance records, QHSE inspections, forms to fill out, field visits, and control checklists.

Data entry can be performed by following a predefined round or by directly accessing a facility. Scanning the barcode or RFID tag on the installation from a smartphone or tablet saves you time.

For each facility or survey to be performed, you can select the type of structured information you wish to enter: text, numbers, checkboxes, lists, Excel lists, dates, times, signatures, sounds, photos on which you can draw, barcode scanning, RFID, GPS, etc., with associated display settings. For example, you can choose whether the survey is mandatory, displayed optionally, triggers an alert, or shows previously entered values. You can also define non-compliance criteria for each recorded value.

For greater user-friendliness, use smileys or checkboxes. Enter your data on a background plan of your choice or a photo of your facility. This makes data entry easier for the user by visually identifying the points to be inspected.

Easily visualize and leverage your data

Take advantage of customizable dashboards to track real-time data, non-compliant or statistically abnormal values. Receive alerts by email or SMS if necessary. Compliance with readings can be ensured through GPS values or RFID tags that locate the installation.

Track the progress of your technical rounds carried out on-site with a percentage and visually on your site plans or Google Maps.

Customizable charts or reports allow you to utilize all entered data, which can then be exported to Excel. The history of values is archived without time limits.

At any time, and in the event of a non-conformity observed on-site, the user can trigger a workflow to report an observation or incident. They can include a comment and a photo, for example. Once the first step of the workflow is completed, the user naturally returns to entering the following values. Reported incidents can be viewed on your site plans or on a Google Maps map.

Customize this workflow and its various steps to validate the handling of the incident or observation, perform the necessary actions, and inform all stakeholders.
